CIS Cares and CIS Reads

We might not be at school seeing each other, but we are still a caring community that is reading and learning every day and finding new ways to share our reading and discuss our thinking. We also show so much kindness and caring from a distance, of course.

Check out this teacher appreciation as Ms. English drove by and waved to students. Lots of creativity with Legos and a window board to practice math. More creativity and caring in the kitchen.

Pop-up cards with Ms. Cohen can spread a lot of joy.

Beautiful music with Mr. Levy. Our music team is practicing with students every day.

What are we reading?

Readers share their favorite books on Seesaw.

Try a reading challenge like this one.

Student Reads

Around the school we read together at home and listen to teachers read on You Tube.

Hello Campus International Families, We know these are really tough times for everyone. However, CIS will still need books in the future and your kids might need them now. We couldn’t finish our Spring Book Fair, so Scholastic has let us move it online. Starting tomorrow April 13th and ending April 26th the Scholastic book fair will be on-line where 25% of each purchase will go directly back to the school and an additional bonus if the total exceeds $2,500. Please share the link below with family and friends that would like to purchase books. Scholastic will ship anywhere in the US and free shipping is offered on all orders over $25. Just click the shop now button. https://www.scholastic.com/bf/campusinternational

Please contact us if you have any questions or run into any issues. Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Kelly and Cathryn
